By multiplying the Likelihood by the Impact we can see how exposed we are to particular things. A ‘9’ means ‘very likely to happen and has a big effect if it does’; a ‘1’means ‘not very likely and doesn’t have much of an effect anyway’. Doing the sums we get the following.
